Do not use this plumber. You'll get ripped off before you know it. Quotes minimum to get to site then charges you like a wounded bull for a simple job which he makes out to be complicated. Stay away!

What a Big Liar, claimed to be prompt , on time, efficient , reliable and honest in the advertisement in the local post, but this guy, called himself "Phil" is the most unreliable, inefficient and dishonest plumber I have ever met and he is not on time at all. Never use him and stay away from him otherwise you 'll pay a lot of money but problems not fixed at the end of the visit, as he just comes to collect money for the huge call out fee but not doing anything

DO NOT USE THIS plumber. Charged us $350 for a quote. Yes a quote. Did NOTHING The quote for $7500 . Got an honest plumber who fixed the problem for $550. Needs to lose his licence.

I was very happy with this firms work as I found them to be better than other plumbers I have used in the past, also charge fee was fair for what they had to do. I think as it was a dirty blocked sewer pipe overflow into the street. THANKS PHIL.

Did a great job and was realy nice. I would highly recommend Phil as he was the only plumber that could work out our water leak problem as we had tried other plumbers befor him and they failed to find and solve the water leak issue. Thanks!!

call out fee $280 but did not fix any problem not even try to help and just gave us the quote for new pipes and did a few plunging and charged another fee of $270 . And I have to call another plumber to fix the problem, totally rip off and I do no t why this plumber is still allowed to work

Never use this plumber, not punctual, charging high fees, talking a lot of nonsense without any useful action even refused to do any proper inspection and did not try to solve the issues, and left , Complete Rip off!

Do not use this guy. Could not fix what we thought was a simple leak in our bathroom. Kept adding small jobs and charging for parts and time but didn't even fix the initial problem. Call out fee was double what other plumbers charge. I wish we had of done more research before booking him in. Please do yourself a favour and stay away. Nothing 'Prestigious' about this plumber at all.
