This looks like a normal mobile number but its from Vodafone Telesales Team. They rang me at least once a day and twice during weekends. Quite annoying actually. I would rather expect their customer service team to be that efficient.

Just had 2 missed calls from this number today. Thankfully I googled it and got to this website. Thanks for all the comments - glad it's not just me that's annoyed. Vodafone won't be getting me back at contract end!

Received a call from this number 0414 130 200), Caller claimed calling from Three/Vodafone customer service to do health check on my service and account. I thought to give him a chance to look at my account if he could make my experience better, so I explained him situation on treatments (rude and crapy) I received in last few months from customer service reps and sales consultants and still he was defending Vodafone over those mistakes made by their employees. To cut the story short, he was trying to get me over the fence to Vodafone from Three’s account due to some migration project, he was trying me to justify their networks performance over others (what a joke !!!) and was defending company on ripping off customers badly in last few years. He said that by being a loyal customer I was entitled for an upgrade (after listing to him it was downgrade). He as asking me to upgrade my account and service with following points (you will know what upgrade means with Vodafone soon)
• Current Plan $49.00 (Including phone iPhone 4) (contract cost $1176.00) • New Offered Plan $50.00 + $10.00 for phone = $60.00 (Contract cost $1440.00| $264 Extra) • Current Call rates 90c PM + 35c FF • New Call rates 98c PM + 40c FF ( a complete rip-off) • Current SMS charge 25c • New SMS charge 30c • Current Internet Data allowance : 1500 MB • New Internet Data Allowance : 750 MB
About their lovely and charming new Vodafone network you will find gazillion comments on Facebook, Twitter, and online blogs So to end the story, I explain the caller that look now you listen to my plans to accommodate my phone needs, I will complete my contract with you guys in 2 months, will never think of you again, will buy super duper amazing service from TPG for only $17.99 and in return I will get $550.00 worth of included value, low call rates, low SMS rates, 1500 MB data, and most important things as way way better network then yours and faster too, and NO CONTRACT as I am going to buy phone outright and still it will cost me less than your crapy contract cost of $1440.00 (TPG cost over 24 months for service $432.00 + iPhone 5 outright cost $799.00 = $1230.00) I guess I am done here, and believe that world is smarter than me so STAY SAFE from this kind of traps from Vodafone, do your research online before spend a single cent over this criminals.

Answered a call from this number. Vodafone tech asking my opinion of their service. After rating it 5/10 and stating my handset the tech advised me that they would be sending me out a replacement phone that can handle the network more efficiently (notably the 850 range) in the form of an HTC Sensation. Will reply when/if I get said handset.

Hi Everyone, my name is Marc and you know what…it’s all MY fault.
I’m the Operations Manager at Vodafone who's responsible for the system which generates these calls that show up as 0414 130 200. I came across these posts and am concerned about how people are feeling about being called by us and hated to think that some people even felt harassed!
I know not everyone wants to be called by people trying to sell them something, and if that's you then Vodafone encourages you to register your details, like I did at www.donotcall.gov.au, a government website which prevents companies calling someone who’s not their customer.
My team and I take every precaution to ensure that we’re only contacting our customers when we have a genuine reason to. This doesn’t always involve trying to sell you a new contract or phone and in a lot of cases we find that we can save customers some cash by switching them onto a better plan for their needs. We sometimes even recommend using one of our competitors simply because we’re not in position to offer you the kind of service you should expect from us- crazy I know!!!
If you’d still prefer not to be called by us, that’s ok too and I’d like to offer you a quick way to stop these calls. Simply click on the link below to be directed to our online support page, and enter a few basic details (name, mobile number etc) so we can update your account. I’m also happy to hear any feedback you may have about the service, good or bad.
Thanks for taking the time to tell me how it is and I hope we can help provide you with an even better service.
Marc

I have complained directly to Vodaphone about unwanted calls from 0414 130 200, received no response even though I have two broadband and one phone account with them. Added my name to the national Do Not Call register, which seemed to stop the calls for about two months -- but now they're back, with a vengeance. Nasty, nasty company. I rue the day Vodaphone took over Three (which gave great customer service).

Vodafone calling to offer new handsets if I roll my three current handsets to new contracts. Still have the issues with Roaming data usage which adds about $100 per month to the total account. Going with Telstra instead.

This number has called me 5x in two days, I get a lot of calls for work and thought it strange someone wasn't leaving a voicemail. Called them back and hilariously they give instructions on how to go to the Do not call registry!

Vodafone offering new handset - Line was poor. They've tried before but I haven't answer. I said that they could do that in writing, but the caller claimed that he couldn't do that. Definitely Sales pitch & very poor form. So number now saved under 'Do Not Answer'.

Multiple calls received--but not answered from 0414 130 200 are VODAFONE! Dear Vodafone, DO NOT CALL MY NUMBER again! I'm NOT interested in any downgrade (disguised as an upgrade) to my current plan. I've had my number lodged on the 'Do Not Call' register, which you DO NOT RESPECT, for over 2yrs now. Grow some INTEGRITY & ETHICS before a Class Action Law Suit is filed against your company by scores of your disgruntled customers--prior to a mass exodus & migration to a responsible, REAL customer service offering & competitive, alternate Telco! You are under scrutiny now for this obvious HARASSMENT. No, I don't want you to follow this up with yet another invasive call, to see how you can 'improve your service'. JUST IMPROVE IT!

After receiving several calls from this number I did not answer because I did not recognize the number, then a private number started calling constantly on one occasion I rejected/declined the call not even a minute passed after I declined the call, my mums phone rang she told me to answer it I did it was vodaphone asking for me. When I asked the guy why he was calling my mother (who is not even with Vodaphone) he asked me in an unfriendly voice why I just rejected his call & asked for a pin I hung up my contract ends in 2 months I will be terminating it this week. The only way they could have gotten my mothers number is by calling a number from my call history. Cannot wait to end my contract with Vodaphone the cancellation fee is absolutely worth it.
