Received what appears to be a malicious phishing text stating ‘all inactive accounts will be terminated’ and to click on a link. Very suspicious.

Message stating "We have attempted to deliver ur package QPS016448296GB, but there is an unpaid customs charge. Follow the instructions here: https://bit.do/fk3xH I did not click on the link.

Received text message:
"Dear <my name>
Ur delivery has been stopped at our depot today."
Then a ref number and website to "resolve' it at.
Clicked on link which goes to website with another link to click to "retrieve order information" for express delivery in 1-2 business days.
Seems suss as I am not awaiting dlivery for any online orders.
