Caller: Future Insight

Younger female (Australian accent) in a call centre. Noisy, and could hear other Aussies in the background. She identified the company as "Future Insight" (futureinsight.com.au ).
The website is registered to Seabrook Family Trust. Based on the ABN, this Trust also has the registered business names Future Focus QLD and Big Dog Marketing. This leads back to another business - Future Focus QLD- operated by Lee Seabrook.

When you look at this person and the websites (Future Insight and Future Focus QLD) there is no evidence of them holding an AFSL, being authorised reps of an AFLS or being a registered tax agent, yet they're advertising mortgage reduction, transition to retirement (financial advice), tax minimisation (tax advice), superannuation and SMSF (financial advice) property investment (not financial advice by itself unless it touches super/SMSF then it is financial advice).

The phone calls are a screening process. I was tempted to get the consultant to my house to get more evidence to report them to ASIC as I strongly believe they would have stepped over the line into unlicensed financial advice.

Missed a call but my phone says suspected spam (when I called back it said mailbox full)

Called me 3 times 24/4/2023 every time I answer, it’s silence and the they hang up.

Calling about tax. Claimed we spoke last year. We did not. Wanting an hour of my time to discuss how I can redirect my tax. Said I'm not interested but continued. I don't take financial advise from unsolicited calls.

When I called back the message said this mailbox was full, no idea who it was

Perky little female named Colorado called and asked how may day was going

I replied go away Colorado and take a valium. I'm so tired of receiving these unsolicited calls from mobile phones

They have called on the same number a few times a day for the past few days and have not left any voice message. Once I picked up and no one was speaking the other end and they disconnected the phone call straightaway.

Called 3 times… one call at 12pm, then at 2.25pm and then 2.35pm. I don’t pick up numbers unknown so I let it ring out to voice mail… no messages left. Blocked now.

Future insights - wanted to speak about how to offset tax etc but made it sound like I had enquired. Trying to set up a “no obligation” conversation with one of their financial reps to discuss how to maximise tax incentives etc. wouldn’t take no as an answer and kept saying “you’re not understanding” you could save a lot of money and other people were using the service etc. ended up hanging up and blocking number

Call from 0411 935 570 claiming to be calling on behalf of Future Insights.
They said I had made enquiries and asked them to call me. I had not.
I told them I had a financial advisor already. They said financial advisors call them. I don’t think so given they don’t have an AFSL. Then they started asking me if I own my own home. I ended the call.

A hangup call & then an operator. Asked them to provide how they got my number. No response yet. A suspect real estate agents selling my data.

Called me twice today, 20mins apart. First time hung up immediately on me, second time I ignored them but no message was left.

Call but when I answer they hang up what is this all about some kind of tracking thing I don't know but do not answer this number block it I suspect it is some kind of data gathering spam Steel identity kind of thing

First call told him it didn’t apply to me and he kept pressing for information and I hung up. Today I said i couldn’t talk at the moment and they hung up abruptly. Very rude people in this call centre. I don’t believe future insight is a big organisation probably a one man band . I tried calling their office number and no response.
