Caller: Not human voice

A recorded auto message telling me about my tax was incorrect and illegal. Guess it is a spam

Sent me a link. Had my first name, but its not a number I have ever called.or that has called me.

Got the same - message with click link using my name but no idea who this is so didnt click the link.

<my first name>, I'd like to to apologize for not getting this to you yesterday like we discussed. <url>

Not sure how they knew my first name, so something must have leaked somewhere.
