Extremely unprofessional. Spoke to sed owner of business and after coming out once and diagnosing and attempting to remedy the problem, was unseen after that.

After texting to follow up on progress and initiate a discussion and catch up, no response was given for a week and a half.

In the final contact made with sed owner, a phone call, it was a brazen, blunt and short conversation which resulted in a hang up.

Finding it hard just to take the 'friendly customer service' that was offered to me throughout this experience.

I'm sure the sed owner has plenty of experience and knows 'all that there is to know' about pools, but I wasn't afforded the opportunity.

Will go back to the initial start with the key word being 'unprofessional' and unreasonable.

A shame.
