Anyone thinking of using Wash on Wheels at Ipswich should DEFINITELY choose an alternative window washer. They washed our house windows, left cleaning cloths behind in bedrooms and bathrooms, wore their dirty shoes onto our bedroom carpets AND left a window open when they were hosing from outside and soaked the furniture inside! When I complained to the owner's wife, she was very apologetic and told me in her opinion, her husband SHOULD NOT be working due to a recent accident and that she would get back to me regarding a discounted fee. Two weeks later I received an email demanding payment in full. When I spoke to the owner's wife Julie Blanch, she could not recall our conversation! I would NEVER use them again.
