This guy is named Peter. He is a liar who says he is working for mercentile agents or agency - he does not work there. He had a business called robertson gerald account collections pty which was shut down by ASIC. He is a liar and a cheat who will bully people into collections including threatening third parties with court actions - if he contacts you call ASIC and get legal advice immediately as he doesnt work for any company and isnt associated in any way shape or form as a professional.

Randomly had a small business card placed at my front door with my name on it- no information at all besides " reference your car". My current address doesn't have my name on it and no companies know this is my address- not even the government or my licence. So to have a random business card with my name on it was crazy, now 12 days have passed, I come home from work and my car is gone. My 4x4 was dragged from my home and then somehow vanished. No letters or anything left. Car needs keys to engage neutral- so how did they get into my car and how did they engage my transmission? Got my ignition barrel changed or barrel replicated my key? Not only was my car dragged which will damage the car, but no contact has been made about this to me at all- no idea where my car is, nothing

FRAUD! Contacted me saying he needs to collect an outanding debt for a bank on a car I purchased. What he does is search PPSR reports for people with outstanding bills on there cars and bullies them into handing over cash he’s not entitled too.
