I received a call from this number with a very very very heavy accent. They started with this is a federal government call in regards to solar power. Do you have solar panel installed on your roof? I responded that we don't have one and we can't have one as we are renting. The guy just shout really loud that "Renting!" then hung up. Block the number straight after. This is definitely a scam call.

He said his name was William, had a heavy accent, possibly Asian. Then hung up, strange.

It’s a solar scam.
I asked him how he got my number and the name of the person he was after. His response was “you don’t have to worry. I called the right number”.
I put the phone on loud speaker and left it there till he hung up.
