"Delivery has stop at our depot", with a website asking for a charge

I received a message about a delivery for me being held at the delivery office. When I reached the site, I was led to a point where I was invited to sign-up for some music website. I think the whole thing is a scam.

Some text urging me to activate and login to something. A spam link was attached.

definite scammers, but i block one number and they just text me from another number, so annoying.

Of course I didn't click the link as most likely a virus. I did an online search and nothing came up?
