me too. They got my name from somewhere but link is suspicious. It's the second message exactly the same (but from two different mobile numbers) that I've received in the last week.

Received a text saying "I'm sorry <my name> , I missed sending this to you... with a hyperlink below. So, they knew my name! I hit block, delete. Def scam for sure

I asked my phone company and they said probably a scammer and delete it.

They didn't call me - they sent an SMS saying "(my first name) Please accept my apology (sic) for not getting this to you sooner: http://mbkqq.site.cNBABBSU"
