Caller: Most Likely Scammer

Have been called many times from this phone number, but I have never answered it and never has a msg been left. Today they called me again and I answered the call this time, clearly a female voice with an Indian or Asian accent. There was about a 3 seconds delay from me answering the phone and the person speaking. All I got out of them was a hello once and hangs up.
I’m on the Do Not Call Register, but for all intents and purposes it’s a joke.
This is the sort of crap that really makes your blood pressure rise.
