THE MESSAGE SAID SO its bullsh*t scam check yur bill then be worried if it did i doubt it and if it did you probably have the install from unkown sources ticked while installing a dodgy app from somewhere other than playstore

its a SPAM number thats trying to get you to call it....just report the numer back to your provider saying that it is phishing for you to call and if it isnt an network notification about a failed sms the telco will try ban the number.....big brother is always watchng us more and more!! I received the message just now. called optus. they got the same message back as i did - that it was either dialed wrong or not enough numbers. I am a little freaked out about this based on some messages here. If you are an optus customer and report this, they will waive the $55 charge to change your number if you want to have the number changed within 3 days of the complaint.

Got the same msg today about a delivery and stating a time delivered.

This number is used by a Police infomannant called Gavin Miller who resides somewhere in the Eastern Surburbs. This guy always seems to get in trouble with the police but walks away without been charged or jailed.
He is a very nasty and cruel person!

Dazz if what you are saying is true about it been an Optus number than everyone that posted here are with Optus. I was with AMAY sim which uses Optus telecommunication towers.

This is not anything bad, its just a delivery report generated by....in my case Optus. If the phone you are sending a message to doesn't receive the message due to poor coverage or not being on, then in some cases when the message reaches the user from being held in the database, then a delivery report is then sent to the sender. It is not anything sinister!!!

Same thing happened yesterday with but sent to my phone with husbands message??

I got this message tonight. Does anyone know if it is indeed a police number? So odd, I rang the number and it say number incomplete or not in service.

Got the same txt a week ago, it had my mother's number, tracking number, date & time. How would they know that person is connected to you in some way?? I googled the number & it said "Do not reply to this number, it is the police trying to tapp your phone"

Same ridiculous message about tracking and a delivery code for me too! Received 2 in the same night!!!! Tried calling n messaging but it doesn't exist. Even tried google!!!
