I called back number 0411 853 468 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.

Received a missed call from this number, when calling back a couple of minutes later - Optus advises the number is incomplete or disconnected.

Called about a survey for working people below 55 years. He says ‘30 seconds, I am gone.’ and proceeds with the question before even asking me if I wanted to participate! I told him no, I do not want as I am busy. He insisted that it will only take 30seconds but I said no. I asked him is this is from the government but then rudely saying to me, ‘you said you are not interested so why should I tell you?’. So I hanged up appalled by his reply.

What a bothersome and rude fellow, considering he’s the one calling me, he’s claiming to represent a company but does not even exercise proper telephone manners.
