Says they are from "Services Australia" saying they have an arrest warrant under my name, press 1 to speak with agent. I spoke with them to waste their time. They said I have some bank accounts linked to my TFN associated with criminal activities. They seem to be phishing for the following info:
Full Name
Postcode
Last 4 digits of TFN
How many bank accounts you have and with which banks
Rough estimate of how much money you have in each account

After advising them made up information they advised me they will investigate this. No payment was sought so it seems like a straight phishing tactic.
