Second day in a row I have received this message - they use my real name which makes me wonder where they got my details. Scam message - did not open unsecure URL

SCAM. Had the same message from a different mobile number on Monday.
Message header reads:

This is the second one I have received this week.

Received an insecure web link (didn't open it) - sender knew my first name.
