Caller: I don't know

I received a call from this number with an automated message which played saying that my internet and landline will get disconnected tomorrow. Press 1 for more information. I don't have a landline and my internet is not NBN.

I pressed 1, it was connected to a lady claiming to be from Telstra. She said, "Do you know your internet is disconnecting tomorrow?" I said "Yes, that's fine". She then said in a very annoyed voice, "Why did you press 1 if you are fine with it?" and then slammed down the phone on me. I called the number back. It rang out until it reached a voicemail of another lady.
