Rang and didn’t leave message. When I called back it said number disconnected

Something to do with solar panels. Said it was a government incentive call?

I could not understand anything this caller said. Strong Asian accent. When I couldn’t understand he hung up. Just called the number and now is disconnected considering I only got the nuisance call less than a couple of hours ago.

I called back the number and it said " Optus advised the number was disconnected "

Apparently regarding Australian government solar rebate but when I told him I wasn’t interested he told me to “go f*ck myself” then hung up. I tried ringing back and it was disconnected
