I got the same message, with a link which only differed in the final string of letters and numbers (I didn't access it). Have reported to ACCC.

I have a text message saying, "Please confirm your credentials for your delivery today, otherwise, your package will be returned to sender"
And the address was ekx.me/l/fL5Gh13

And this was 'supposedly' from Australia Post. I haven't even ordered anything online and I believe that this is a scam.
The website address is no secure so, don't click on the link.
