Hi Lynne, still don't get it. Do you change that number to your own number or just leave it?

all good, realised it only happens if you haven't set up your 'voice mail'.
So once we did that, all good!!

I was going through my phone settings and found my number had been diverted or forwarded to this number. I did not do it. I don't want it on there. when I called it it just hangs up. how to get rid of it. I don't want my number diverted to any number at all and need to disable this permsnently

lost my phone last night .. finally got on to optus and they wrote that my phone had called this number on lots of accosions ..only this number .. no other .optus said they could not tell me what this number is ,,who owns it .concerned
