Not a dodgy phone number at all

So what if that number did not answer does that make it dodgy

This number is legitimate at no stage does he ask for cash that comment is not correct he is from the police magazine selling advertising his company sends invoices out never cash changes hands the above comment is liableous and the comment should be taken down
