would like to make a formal complaint about an employee, Dan Harwood, he would have to be the most rudest person, and has no good customer service with clients. he is a filthy mouth dirty pig. I don't understand how you could have such a nasty man working for your company, I will never refer family or friends to your business ever again unless he no longer works for you. I refered a friend to Dan to get some painting done, and he swore at her abused her, and had the poor lady in tears. Your business is great but I feel whilst you have someone like that working for you, you wont have a good reputation
