Caller: supposedly my dead father

I got a call from this number on my mobile; it is supposedly from N. Clements, who is my dead father and used to live at the listed address. Father has been dead for years and never had a mobile. This is bizarre. When I answered, all I heard was the tapping of a keyboard, and there was no reply to my hellos. I rang the number and got a message bank with no identification.
