I have no idea how they got my number. I literally just got my new number five days ago and already received eight text messages, all in the relatively same format.

I'm scared to respond Stop though, in case it actually doesn't. Has anyone else replied with Stop and have it work?

Same here. I changed my telstra plan for my tab in April, which they sent me a new SIM card for and I have been spammed non-stop. Just my tab....not my mobile, nor my pc. Cannot see the messages in the mobile or pc.
I think it's because of the SIM card/number. I would have thought the number would be a new one?
