The driver with the trailer 75274-S at Little River at approx 3.30pm on 19/4/2012 has been reported to the police. If he has a speed limiter I feel sure they will want to check if it has been tampered with. The bearded (and possibly affected) driver needs to be off the road. I suspect he needs to be tested for whatever is in his system and, if he does not have anything, then he should be tested by a psychiatrist.
