We only shop at the good guys in Dandenong, we find the staff very helpful and more than willing to deal for a excellent price, our purchase was a smart drive washing machine, even the delivery driver was fantastic. Would'nt shop any wear else thank you Good Guys Dandenong.

Had Samsung washing machine which Good Guys took back and refunded money. They delivered a new one (that we picked out) the same day. The driver took our old machine away and installed new one all at Good Guys cost and done on same day. Fantastic service. Would recommend to all.

Purchased Ipad Air Salesman gave great service Non in store and went out of his way to obtain one for us from another store Gave education on Ipad wonderful service will go back again to the store

I am getting a new Good Guys kitchen and have had to change the design 3 times. This doesn't seem to be a problem to my consultant James who is only too happy to make another appointment and help me with changes. Mr friend had a Good Guys kitchen installed and highly recommended your company. I am glad she did and I hope once the kitchen is installed I will be just as happy. Thank you Diane Gordon

Great customer service. I was having to replace a fridge, DVD player & clock radio owing to power surge. Fridge delivered next morning 1015am.

The service when buying my coffee machine was great last Thursday, I did push for extra discount as I was paying cash, only got $1.00 dollar off as it was the last machine and the display model. Was a bit peeved yesterday when I went to Cosco and the machine was $50.00 cheaper still. And I though I was getting a bargain!!
