Unknown number called twice, no caller id, call doesn’t answer and is apparently not connected, so it’s likely a scam or phishing call, either way a nuisance. Call blocked and deleted

I'm not sure if its a scam text or if my identity was used but I received a message saying "you did it! Congrats on finishing your nimble loan" with a link but I didnt click it. I never applied for a loan so I assume its a scam.
