Called at 11.45pm, no response

I'm starting to get calls from this number too. I answered it & it hung up. Does anyone know who it is & how to stop the calls?

i get it too??? i have no idea so ive saved it as weirdo and dont answer. they always call around 12pm... very strange

This number rings me at the same time every day. If I answer no one will talk to me, they never leave a message if I don't answer, and if I call back it always goes to message bank.
