Debt collector's mobile number

Caller: Jamie

They called me with no caller ID, I didn't answer the phone. They then sent me a text saying they "had an important matter to discuss with me" and to contact them between certain office hours. There was a reference number in the text which matched the reference number on a letter I had received the day before, asking me to pay my TAFE fees (which my parents said they would pay).

So, not sure if it's legit and my parents still need to pay the TAFE fees, or if it's just a scam/debt collector.

Caller: she said her name is Grace

Keeps calling me in regards to unpaid toll notices. Not true. I have zero outstanding toll notices. She keeps asking to confirm all my details with her. Definately not!

Beware this number 0406 452 730 they say there debt collectors wanting money they said my toll was over due and they needed payment, I said how did you get my number they wouldn’t say, then I said rego number of car that your after the Toll for they didn’t know it there scammers stay clear and don’t answer the phone when they ring, they then send a txt message and use capital and lower case letters all mixed up

said her name is Gabriel Stana (sue the b*tch) for soliciting business, debt collectors have no claim unless you engage them
