I actually don't have the debt - they are calling me, and my other family members due to another person's debt. The person is in contact with them and trying to come to an arrangement but they seem to ignore that. This is pure harassment, breaks privacy laws and has to be illegal.

called me today and asked for my wife, when I told them she was at work they siad ok and was about to hang up. So I asked who was calling, she said she couldnt tell me because of the privacy laws. So I said well you dont know your laws as she is breaking a Federal law in cold calling me. and hung up
