Credit Corp continually chase you for supposedly unpaid debts that they have purchased from a finance company for as little as 4c in every debt dollar you supposedly owe. So for a $1000 debt they have purchased for as little as $40.
Never ever ring them back as your credit 7 year blacklist will start again.
Your debt gets wiped after 7 years if you don't make any contact with them.
Block their number but they will continually ring you on other phone numbers that they have a rotation of hundreds of landlines & mobile phone numbers they use.
Rule of thumb is never answer any phone calls from people you don't know if they aren't in your address book.

Banks don't lend money, you create it fir them when you get a loan.
Try it, ask to see the cash.
Your money, created money, will invariably be all online transactions.
Globally, cash represents a measley 3% of the supposed money in the world.
Once you loan is given, the bank sells it straight away as well.

You mean "Pay Your Debt" or else what we paid for your debt is worthless . 🤣

CreditCorp is going under, because they overpaid for the debts that COVID are making it difficult to collect.

They will sell your debt to the next factoring company who will offer 10 cents in the dollar. The house of cards is falling.

I’ve been getting these calls for months and months asking for my date of birth and address. Only an idiot would give that info out on a cold call.
I Googled their head office and rang that number. Turns out that the same name as me owed a credit card debt (and others) for address in another state & date of birth wasn’t the same as mine. Operator said she was going to remove my number from their calls list. Time will tell if it works...

I love this idea... Let's present that as an alternative #changetheworld and send debt collectors out of business.

YES! People are finally waking up! You have no contract with a debt collector. You can't owe somebody money and then they sell your debt to someone else and then you owe them. Just say to the debt collector, "Yes I will pay as soon as you send me the original, wet ink signature contract that I have with you. Never ignore them because "silence is assent" meaning you are agreeing after they ask you three times. If you've already done that you can reset the commercial default by apologising for not replying and then ask for the original contract.

Credit Corp. Have asked multiple times to get emailed as I have no way of proving who they are over the phone- continuously calling from different numbers.

They call everyday even though the maximum amount thy can call or communicate with you here in Victoria is three times per week maximum.

They also can only call third parties once every six months, this is all outlined in the UCC and NCC.

Debit collectors that continue to harass even after you’ve explained that you are unemployed and can’t pay.

Telling me I have a debt with Citibank when I have never banked with them. Yet won't provide me a bank statement. Surely they don't think I am so stupid I will pay a debt I don't own. Call several times a day. Time to involve the law!

I dont believe i have a debt, and i refuse to give out my details. But yet when i say i wont give them my details, they give me part of my details to 'prove' they are who they they are, then demand i give them the missing details. Hell to the damn no. Im so angry that somehow they know my sh*t. Might soon be a police matter...
