Caller: FSM Smart Unlicensed Brokers

I've had a call from these people on a different number. It begins with a pre-recorded message in an American accent claiming to be responding to a request for more information on investing opportunities and please hold. You are then transferred to a noisy call centre in the Phillipines where the caller ties to convince you to make an account and "invest" money with them.

It might not be a scam exactly. In fact, I trust that they'd do exactly what they say they'll do. That doesn't make it any less extremely dodgy. They had both my phone number and email address, which I find incredibly concerning.
