Caller: Some retailer on Solar Panels & Gov Rebate Mentioned gov. rebate for solar panels and asked if I have panels installed. Not sure if they are scam or telemarketers. Despite on DNC they have no respect for it and called me anyway. Best not to entertain them. Beware.
