This was the second number to call me with the same message. It was a recorded voice, speaking in a Chinese dialect, making a statement. I had received the same 'message' the previous day from 0403 003 926. Seems that someone is making an orchestrated attempt to target Chinese speaking people. For what reason I have no idea.
