The job was booked for 11.00, he rang the day before to change it to 10.00. The poor operative (who did a great job) arrived at 8.30AM. The quote to fix 5 scratched was $480 but when I asked about another one, the quote Simon Strong gave me was $350!!! With the operator already there? I refused to be ripped off.
