Keeps changing his number to get a new business up and running to scam people out of money for doing work on their house or property then either doesn't complete work, or even start it let alone give a fair price.

This guy is not even licensed or insured to do any building work. Many people have been scammed out of thousands of dollars and police are constantly investigating this guy.
