It was a recorded voice, in what I think was a Chinese dialect, making a statement. I hung up. The next day I got a call from 0405 687 947, the same voice, saying the same thing. Seems someone is running an orchestrated campaign targeting (presumably) Chinese people and ringing randomly to mobile phones in the hope of hitting a target.
