Caller: Allegedly Optus

The caller claimed to be from Optus and wanted to give me a 40% discount on my next few months charges. Very hard to understand accent (Indian?). The number he was calling from which displayed I believe was a spoof number made to be very similar to my real phone number. I said no and hung up. Beware. There was a very noisy call centre environment in the background.
