Caller: Jason This person called, expecting free personalised medical advice; expected to get a specialist to look at his pictures 1) without a GP referral 2) without making or paying for an appointment 3) occupying my time to answer questions better suited to a clinician - but he didn’t want to pay! 4) complained about all the other doctors who could not help him - did he expect everyone to look at his problem for free??? He acted all indignant and hung up when I pointed this out to him.
