I had a call from this number maybe it's got something to do with public housing properties they must be the contractor idk however called me asking to call back kinda annoying when I've already spoken about the issue with public housing apartments and the state of disarray they are in.

We had work completed by this service provider. Affordable and efficient lawn mowing, however when we agreed on a day's pay to top dress our lawn, he only worked 4 hours and did not complete the job, leaving a mound of dirt behind as he said that we ordered more soil than he asked for, which we didn't. We felt very disappointed and generally 'ripped off'.
