It's the 3rd or 4th time that I got a call from this mob - on previous times I asked them (politely) to take me off their list but they continue. They give you the impression that they somehow represent (your) health fund(s) and your best interest ... they aim to make comparisons for you to determine which fund is value for you apparently and how to save money.... but I usually do not let their representative get this far to make comparisons. This time I was really annoyed at this particular rep although I pointed out to him that I was expecting a Zoom meeting call - actually I was late talking to him. But he persisted; "Do you want to save money?" - so I hung up on the person.

Someone left me a short message from this number.....calling me a f*cken bitch because I didn't answer. Happily blocked this scum

I received 2 calls on May 11th 2021. Something about the National Crime Authority and Services Australia and the misuse of a tax file number. I called the number which (of course) did not answer except for a spiel on getting discounts and bargains. I remember something similar a year or 2 ago. I have a Masters in Terrorism and Security Issues and will be completing a Graduate Certificate in Intelligence Analysis during the next 2 semesters. This mob will make an interesting Case Study. It's a great relief to know that I am not alone in this abuse of privacy.

Calls early morning and after 8pm does not leave a message

Extremely rude girl who hung up on me in less than a min when I said I wasn’t looking at changing at the moment. I didn’t get to finish my sentence when she cut me off and said, ‘who said anything about changing’ and then she hung up.

Once I answered they hung up.

I tried calling back and they did not have an answering machine setup and it was full. Obviously not reading messages.

It is some kind of dodgy call centre, where the workers get paid for the ammount of calls they make, but not quality. As long as they make a call, they get a stat. That is all they are worried about.
That is how they get paid.
