I called back number 0402 008 476 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Tried to call back but get message that number is not connected. I’m on do not call register so these people have no concern for the law.

Missed calls previously from this number, but managed to answer it this time. Initial delay upon answering, then a clearly Indian operator informed me they weren't trying to sell me anything but were calling in reference to the Govt solar rebate. This is not the first time they've tried this scam on me. Every time I block the number they try again from a different one. Not only am I on the do not call register, I live in an apartment, which makes installing a solar panel a little impossible. A concept they struggle to grasp, last time they said yes, and then responded with but do you have a separate roof. Go figure. Blocked this one too.
