Just for fun searched our surname up to only come across this. :/ None of these numbers belong to us nor are any of us with Optus. Will have to call up optus and figure out how and why they've allowed scammers to claim our identity. We use to receive countless scam calls ourselves claiming to be telstra or Optus.
