Weird man sends annoying texts from this number.

Nuisance. Same text as others “is this a lady number”. I just blocked him too!

Psycho. Sends disturbing and suggestive texts to many people. This is harassment. He is with optus so just call optus and report him there so they know and will cancel his number. Also it is okay to contact police as harassment is illegal in Australia. They will look into it.

Ok so I’ve done some research, I’ve been getting these txt messages for years now, and at the start it really scared me, like petrified. I actually found out this guy lives near me… hence being petrified.

Also found out he’s not all there, I deleted and blocked one of his numbers cause he would stop for a month or two with me threatening to go to the police, and then he would just start again..

He has a new number and it’s this one… scares me so much. I feel crap going to police m, because I’ve been told he means no harm, but it does scare me because he’s so close.

Know that it’s been said “he means no harm” but still doesn’t make it right.

Creep texted my daughter with lewd and disgusting suggestions but worse, he knows where she lives and must have driven by as he described things in her yard. I think he got her number from her business page as he mentioned this also. Reporting him tp police today.

He messaged me asking if im a housewife and can i keep a secret. Looked his number and these came up immediately so i blocked. Have no idea where he got my number, but i assume a listing as im in real estate. Feel really terrified and am worried if i didnt block what could of continued.

Same thing. Sicko must have got my name and number from my business page. Wouldn’t leave me alone.

Same as all the other comments. Got my website off a listing. Called me over 15 times in 1 day and asked if I wear high heels in 5 texts. I replied saying I have report his message to the police and so far haven’t been contacted.

Looks like nothing has been done and he's at it again. Got 5 consecutive texts from this number all exactly the same script as what's been said in this thread. Not much has been done about it by the looks.
Would have got my number from Google busines page. Reporting to scam watch now.

Male found my number of gumtree.
Text me at 11pm at night asking “is this housewife number” “I like housewife” “keep secret from ur husband”. Really bad grammar and spelling. Only way he could have found my number is gumtree as I posted an add two days ago and other then that only 2 people have this number as it is new.
I just blocked the number, was going to report but there is already 87 reports under his number and they still haven’t shut down his number.

Just spent 20 minutes on chat line to Optus who will put a note on this person's account. What good that will do. Maybe if more people contact them they will cancel his number.

This person text me a few weeks ago. Told him to stop or I would report him to the police. This "sicko" text me again asking "Is this a lady number please txt". Obviously he has poor grammar poor too as he forgot to use a "?". Thankfully I found numberlookup.com.au and was directed to this website. Read the thread comments and contacted Optus who told me to report it to the police. Rang Crimestoppers who informed me that charges have been made against this person, but that I had to make a physical statement to the police. Went to local police station with my mobile of the offensive text message with his mobile no. 0401 753 327 and screenshots of the comments shown on other website (since July 2019) as evidence. Police advised it is not deemed harrassment, but a kind officer rang the mobile number from his station landline and left a voice message saying "This is (name of suburb) Police Station. Contact us immediately". I asked the officer if he does call back to give him an "earful" from me and those he's offended.

Same as everyone else , so far 9 texts. He got my number from Gumtree, asked about an ad first. Am going to report to Gumtree, Police and Optus. He needs to be stopped.
