Constant calls from a male masterbating

This person calls at 1-3am in the morning. No idea how they got my number but it isn’t just me, this person also calls my friend and doesn’t say anything and masturbates on the phone. This person calls non stop and If I get someone else to answer they hang up and stop calling/answering.

Yes I am getting the same calls from this person. Every time I call back it goes straight to message bank. He’s tried many times on different numbers for a number of years now..!
