This number has called me two days in a row. When I answered my mobile, they hang up after a while without saying anything. I then called the number back and a message said the subscriber can't receive messages. I then had two people ring me asking me for a money donation for "The Ambos" and I was wondering if they were related.
The numbers were Mob: 0403 473 706 and Mob: 0421 436 523 both wanted $275 from me to advertise in The Response Magazine. I said no to both of them and then one of them said would I be interested later in the year. They were very pushy and said they need a makeup artist to advertise with them in the area.

I just checked the details of the website. All is legitimate and above board.

No this is not a scam. They are doing a great job. Check out the Website yourself www.policeservicediscounts.com.au I suggest Fedup from Capalaba should check out the facts first before making false claims. This is a legit website that offers our Police Services discounts from friendly businesses.

I am so over people ringing up looking for me to support police and their families. How about they save the money they earn from their living just like other hard working people? But really it is just one big SCAM I reckon. Give the guy who rings up money - as if he will pass it on to real families in need, yeah right......!
