Caller: "Jessica"

I answered the phone, but was wary as I receive a lot of call centre phone calls who ring and hang up , I said hello, I could hear like it was noisy in the background like a overseas callcentre, I said hello again as I hadn't heard anyone yet, a young woman with an Asian accent said "Hello this is Jessica, goodbye" and hung up on me, 🤔Why???
