Google searched this number ... comes up to Russia Magazine Subscription (www.russiamagazine.eu/108/040). They send out txt "Hi *****, all okay??" at ten minute intervals until you reply ... they keep sending. I have blocked the number now. Really pissed off that I replied to the txt.
