This caller leaves obscene text and voice mail messages on my mobile phone. I do not know this person and have not been able to speak with them, to ask them to stop. I do not know how or why they obtained my mobile number. What can I do to have them stopped? I have called Telstra, my phone provider, but the call centre operative who "responded" to my request didn't even speak English let alone attempt to help me.
