Caller: Some wealth management firm

Repeated hangups over a 48 hr period so blocked the number. They clearly have some sort of filter that bypasses the block as called twice after the first series. It is a Philippine call centre selling some "wealth management" opportunity. Total scam!

Caller: No idea

They keep ringing during the day and hung up after 4 seconds, no one answers or says anything. Very annoying, this has happened twice now.

Caller: Steve, fiance wealth creation firm

What a d*ck, makes some small talk to intro an invite to a series of "wealth Creation nights in the area", wants to invite me & my spouse. I cut him off and said I wasn't interested. he says "what you don't pay taxes and have a mortgage", i say, mate "i don't take unsolicited financial services calls, take my number of your list", he says "this isn't a financial call, I do not have the power to take you off our list. Anyone with a mobile number is fair game." what a wanker... BLOCK THIS NUMBER..

Always let it ring the first time before answering. Then u can see if they left a message or look the number up. Don’t worry about it being an emergency or anything- if it is they won’t call u anyway- your not a superhero

I had the same number call me today. When I called it back it went straight to message bank. I have blocked the number

Just called me as well, i never answer numbers i do not recognise, just remember a not know number can be a scam artist and can trick you if you are not careful

Finance firm. Tell them not interested but still keeps ringing.

Wanted to know my name....but they had the wrong number

Keeps calling even though I have blocked the number. Very annoying. I am also on do not call register

Not sure who it is, I called 0400 318 972 and it goes straight to Generic Voicemail

I keep letting calls from different numbers and they are very rude when I tell them to take me off their lists, even though I keep blocking them

I called this number back multiple times and got the messageThis person is unavailable, please leave a 10 second message and it will be sent as a text message. Can't understand why they don't leave a message.

I called back number 0400 318 972 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
